Sponsorship
Supporting the Children & Young People Now Awards gives your organisation the chance to sponsor an award category in what has become the gold standard in services for children, young people and families across the UK.
Sponsorship provides an unrivalled national stage in which to position your organisation as an authority in a particular aspect of children and young people’s services. The sponsorship package comprises significant pre- and post-event publicity.
Sponsorship also enables organisations to show their support for the sector and the everyday endeavours of the children’s workforce.

How to Enter
The Children & Young People Now Awards entries will close on the Monday 15th June.
Any organisations or individuals who are based in the UK and whose work is UK based, can enter the awards. Entries should focus on work that was launched, or is ongoing, between the beginning of July 2025 and the end of June 2026.
If an individual/organisation provides a service which supports those who are around 25 years of age or below, then they may enter themselves for any of our categories.
Thanks to the support of Children & Young People Now and the sector it has been possible to waive the entry fee (normally £35 for the public and voluntary sectors and £75 for the private sector), which covers the cost of administration and the judging process.
You can enter any of our categories, but the maximum number of categories an initiative, individual or team can be entered for is three.
Supporting material should be uploaded along with your entry. The material provided should support what is already outlined within your entry. It should not speak on any new information related to your entry.
It is essential for at least one photo to be uploaded that represents your entry, whether that is an individual, a team, a project or a company. Uploading a company logo is acceptable if you are happy for this file to represent your entry in the awards presentation and all related awards materials if you are shortlisted.
Guidelines:
- Photos must be uploaded as a high-resolution JPEG or PNG file.
- A resolution of at least 1MB is best.
- If you are uploading your files from a phone, please ensure that the photo is sent as ‘actual size’.
Please Do Not:
- Attach ZIP files in the file upload fields.
- Upload photos taken from websites that are not the original size.
- Exceed the limit of 40MB within each file upload field.
Judges will look for entries that show evidence of increased impact in the lives of children, young people and/or families. This impact can be described, but also, crucially, should be quantified in some way. Judges will want to know how that impact is measured, and how you are ensuring this increased impact is sustained over time.
You may cancel your entry up until the entry deadline. If you wish to cancel your entry, please email awardsteam@markallengroup.com.
